Tone Toven may be one of the most quiet success stories in the music industry. While today's producers look for the spotlight, he prefer the traditional role of the producer which is to stay behind the scenes and cultivate and develop the artist.

Tone Toven grew up on the westside of Los Angeles, California (off of the world famous Crenshaw Blvd. strip).

He has produced songs for artists such as Korn, Kurupt, Spice 1, Yo Yo, and Master P.

He has kept busy by doing music scores for films with business partner Mark Brown (film-maker and writer of "Barbershop"), commercials, and work on projects by various record companies such as Capitol records, No Limit records, Motown records, Priority records, Elektra, Asylum, and Sony Music Entertainment.

In 2005, nothing would prepare Tone for the monstrous year he would have. Word in the entertainment industry was that Pepsi was looking to do something big. They were looking to get more involved in the hiphop culture. They had begun doing work with artists Kanye West and Ludacris and was in search all over the world, for that special producer who could make their ideas come to life. Their search lasted for months. It came to an end when a music executive (and industry big wig) passed the word to Pepsi about this producer named Tone Toven. After seeing one of his film segments, driven by his dynamic musical style, Pepsi was so impressed that they immediately flew representatives out to meet with the producer. The powers at Pepsi instantly fell in love with Tone and signed him to produce exclusive music not only for them, but their joint partners over at Yahoo. Tone Toven has since, produced the two Fortune 500 companies most highly rated music segments!

When Mr. Toven is not doing his creative work for Pepsi, Yahoo, and Capitol records or sitting in his usual V.I.P. section at the Lakers and Clippers basketball games. He could be found writing songs in his music lab, or working on a film project with his partners. Mr. Toven always managed to stay active producing. He produced tracks for Kurupt, Ice Cube, as well as making an appearance on MTVs Pimp My Ride with Xzibit. His recent production credits include: Ying Yang Twins, Chamillionaire, E-40, Master P, Bubba Sparxxx, Bun B, Too Short, and Lil Romeo. Under his new management team, the guy who was once asked by Suge Knight to signed to Death Row (and produce for their artists Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and the rest of the legendary label), has also returned back to his roots of artist development.

Tone especially takes pride in his newest artist in development Immense. With all the hype and buzz that is surrounding his young client, Tone have already been hard at work on Immenses album along with Kurupt, Yukmouth, San Quinn, Petey Pablo, the Regime, and JT the Bigga Figga. Tone will be doing his usually skill of producing and molding raw talent. In addition to working with these artists, he is also developing a new televison program with a major network.
